Customer will cancel the order before dispatching and and once the cancellation done, the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days
Animal Booster Nutrition will bear the return cost.
Within 10 working days merchant will review the damaged product received from customer and further, within 7 working days merchant will be delivered the replacement of product
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07-10 working days

What is the general return policy on Animal Booster Nutrition?25 Day Return Policy. We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Animal Booster Nutrition – you can return all items within 25 Days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 25 Days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, WRONG PRODUCT OR MISSING UNITS IN MY ORDER?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at [email protected] or call us on 000-000000 within 25 Days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, Animal Booster Nutrition Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
IS THERE A CATEGORY SPECIFIC POLICY FOR RETURNS?
Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.
